Entrepreneur and philanthropist Rahim Hassanally to give free advice to a new generation of business-minded young adults in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.
Local businessman Rahim Hassanally has recently announced plans to help support business-minded young adults in the area. By offering free tips and advice to those looking to follow in his footsteps as an entrepreneur, Hassanally hopes to inspire a new generation of business leaders across the region.
“Amid uncertain economic times exacerbated by the ongoing global health crisis, there’s never been a better time to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in a new generation of business-minded young men and women,” suggests Rahim Hassanally, speaking from his home in Dallas, Texas. Hassanally will, he says, look to offer a series of tips plus further help and advice designed to assist in catapulting local young adults toward a future as successful entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneur Rahim Hassanally has more than two decades of experience as an industry leader in retail sales. Originally destined for a career in hospitality, he quickly sought a change of both pace and direction. “Entering the hotel business would’ve been straightforward for me,” explains Hassanally, whose family has long been established in the hospitality industry, “but I figured out at a very young age that it just wasn’t for me personally.”
As such, Rahim Hassanally promptly embarked on a work-study program offered by his local high school. It was here, Hassanally says, that his journey as an entrepreneur first began. “The rest, as they say,” he jokes, “is history.”
Of course, Rahim Hassanally’s route to success as a business leader is far from being consigned to history, and will likely form the basis of his advice to a new generation of aspiring young entrepreneurs.
Outside of business, Rahim Hassanally is a keen philanthropist and an outspoken advocate for cancer awareness. Rahim Hassanally has previously spoken in detail about the latest cancer drugs showing promise in early trials, the work of local and national cancer charities and support organizations, the value of early cancer detection, and more.
Earlier this year, Rahim Hassanally marked World Cancer Day 2020 and shared the latest news from a number of leading cancer charities. Hassanally is also a frequent supporter of local homeless shelters and, elsewhere, has generously donated to numerous disaster relief efforts around the world in recent years.
Further to his cancer awareness advocacy and other charitable efforts, Rahim Hassanally says he’s similarly passionate about promoting entrepreneurship. “From plenty of hard graft to sheer business-mindedness, it’s not necessarily something that can be taught,” suggests Hassanally, wrapping up, “but rather something which can be inspired and nurtured, particularly within those with the correct drive and mindset.”
